Carrot Flower is a plant-based cafe/juice bar in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. We serve nutritious and delicious food and drinks made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients and the freshest fruits and vegetables.
Whatever you order at Carrot Flower—a fresh juice made to order, a smoothie packed with superfoods, a warming soup or avocado toast—you will be left feeling healthy and energized, not weighed down and sluggish. Our mission is for our customers to leave feeling happier and healthier than when they came in.
Carrot Flower was founded in 2018 by Audrey White, a long-time Jamaica Plain resident. Audrey has been interested in health and nutrition for many years. A type 1 diabetic since childhood, she has a deep understanding of how the foods we eat affect our health and well-being. In 2016, having spent her whole career as a graphic designer, she was ready for a change and began to dream of opening a plant-based cafe in JP. In August of 2018, after years of research and recipe testing, her dream became a reality and Carrot Flower was born. The name comes from a song by Neutral Milk Hotel.
